Wareesa Islam Trust is an NGO providing health care, education & aid to the deprived part of the population and is operational since 1997. Wareesa Islam Trust is keen to upfront healthcare movement by gradual & smooth transitions. We are focused to manage and raise standards of healthcare facilities being provided to the needy people of backward rural areas in Pakistan. With our continuous growth and success we have managed to provide basic healthcare facilities with state of the art hospital buildings to areas like Gajjan Singh (Distt. Kasur near Changa manga) and Tulamba (Distt, Mian Channu) and Jalo Mor (Distt. Lahore). Earlier people had to travel at least 30km away to avail basic healthcare facility. Whereas now on average daily 150 patients are not only being examined but they are provided with medication as well. Our team of experienced and compassionate doctors ensures that individuals receive the best medical guidance for their everyday health concerns. To further support the treatment of underprivileged patients, we also provide them with high-quality medicines to aid in their recovery and well-being. In urban areas where access to proper outpatient services is limited, Waresa Islam Trust has extended its support by ensuring inpatient care as well. Patients in need are provided with necessary treatments, including infusions, to help restore strength and recover from illness. In urban areas where people are not able to have proper outpatient service WIT has assured their inpatient service as well. People are getting infusions to cover weakness because of illness. With a vision to deliver quality healthcare to those living in poverty and below the poverty line, Waresa Islam Trust has extended its services deep into rural areas. A dedicated Eye Unit has been established, where patients receive both basic and advanced eye treatments. When required, individuals are also facilitated with surgical procedures, ensuring comprehensive care for those in need. One of the essential healthcare needs often overlooked, even in urban areas, is comprehensive dental care. To bridge this gap, Waresa Islam Trust has established a state-of-the-art dental facility in rural regions, ensuring that underprivileged communities receive proper treatment, while extending the same benefits to those from more privileged backgrounds as well Waresa Islam Trust also extends emergency healthcare services to communities in need. Recognizing the hardships people once faced—having to travel over 35 kilometers in critical situations—we established local hospitals equipped to respond promptly. Today, patients benefit from immediate care, including essential facilities such as ECG services, right within their reach.” WIT’s highly qualified team of certified gynecologists, obstetricians, radiologists, and surgeons is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of healthcare for women.
